Shipping policy


All sales are final unless serious damage is shown upon receiving the item. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items and must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. Digital images must be provided to verify any claim.  We do not provide refunds for packages lost in transit. 

Once your order has been placed, you can no longer cancel it. Since items are custom designed, purchases made by mistake will not be refunded. 

If you have an issue with the shipment of your order, contact us within 10 days of the delivery. It is the responsibility of the Customer to file any claims with the carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case LitSwag will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Order Processing and Tracking: Once you place an order, our team will process it within the specified handling time. This includes verifying payment, packaging the items, and completing any necessary customs documentation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once your package is ready to be shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our website or the shipping carrier's online tracking system.

Returns and Exchanges: All orders shipping internationally to Canada are final unless damaged upon delivery. Please note that return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
